We handle on-site measurement, scanning and reporting under one roof.
3D quality control is the evaluation of a manufactured part's conformance to tolerances by comparing its actual dimensions against the nominal CAD data. Using optical and laser scanning systems, Naz Mühendislik delivers a much faster and more comprehensive quality control service than traditional measurement methods.
How It Is Done
The manufactured part is scanned with a 3D scanner to obtain a high-density point cloud. This data is aligned with the nominal CAD model using methods such as best-fit, RPS or 3-2-1. The resulting deviation map reports, both visually in color and numerically, which regions of the part fall outside tolerance.
Why Choose It?
- The entire part is measured at once, from thousands of points — not just a handful of spots
- Far more practical than conventional measuring tools on complex, free-form surfaces
- Deviations are instantly visualized on a color-coded map
- Ensures part-to-part consistency across serial production
Measurement results are delivered to you as a detailed PDF report or as raw measurement data, depending on your needs.
