Reverse engineering is the process of creating an editable, production-ready CAD model starting from a 3D scan of a part when you only have a physical sample in hand. Naz Mühendislik offers an end-to-end solution for companies that need to bring back into production parts whose technical drawings or digital data have been lost.
How the Process Works
The part is first scanned at high resolution with a 3D laser scanner to produce a point cloud. Our engineers use this data as a reference to rebuild the part's surface and solid model in the appropriate design software. The resulting model is delivered as an editable CAD file that respects production tolerances.
