NimbleTrack is a compact, agile wireless 3D scanning system designed for precise measurement of small-to-medium-sized parts. Powered by built-in batteries and onboard computing chips, both the scanner and the optical tracker operate fully wirelessly, removing the need for power or data cables and enabling on-site measurement without external infrastructure.
Its Carbon Fiber Frame Integrated Molding (CFFIM) construction keeps the system lightweight while remaining highly rigid. Dual edge-computing modules in both the scanner and tracker units enable a 120 FPS frame rate. Optional capabilities include intelligent edge detection for closed features such as holes and slots, pairing with the i-Probe500 contact probe, multi-tracker setups for extended range, and automated measurement with robotic systems.
The scanner alone reaches up to 0.020 mm accuracy, while the full system reaches up to 0.025 mm, with a measurement rate of 4,900,000 points per second, a 500 x 600 mm scan area and a 3,200 mm tracking distance per i-Tracker. With Wi-Fi 6 connectivity and output formats including .stl, .obj, .ply, .asc, .igs and .txt, NimbleTrack is a practical, portable solution for field measurement in automotive, aerospace and heavy industry.
