TrackScan Sharp is an optical 3D measurement system equipped with 25-megapixel industrial cameras and onboard edge computing. With a tracking distance of up to 8.5 m and an industrial measurement range reaching 135 m³, it is engineered for measuring large-scale parts over long distances.
Featuring a total of 99 blue laser lines (81 primary + 17 parallel + 1 deep-hole), the system captures up to 6,000,000 measurements per second. Built with lightweight yet high-strength CFFIM structure for a stable frame, it can operate wirelessly and is ready to use without complex configuration.
Available in Sharp-S, Sharp-E and Sharp-49 variants with different measurement volumes and accuracy levels, TrackScan Sharp is a flexible solution for quality control and reverse engineering of large parts in aerospace, automotive, energy, heavy industry, rail transportation and mold manufacturing, with multi-tracker and robotic-arm integration to extend the measurement range.
