SIMSCAN-S Gen2 is a compact, wireless-capable 3D scanner engineered for precision measurement in demanding industrial environments. It combines high-accuracy optical scanning with edge computing to deliver reliable results even in the most hard-to-reach areas.
With 108 quad-crossed blue laser lines, it offers multiple scan modes - ultra-fast, hyperfine and deep-hole - reaching up to 8,100,000 measurements per second at up to 180 FPS. Its short-baseline camera design enables successful scanning of difficult geometries such as gaps, deep holes, slots and channels.
Compliant with ISO 10360 at 0.015 mm accuracy, with a magnesium alloy housing and wireless operation, SIMSCAN-S Gen2 is confidently used in critical quality control processes across aerospace, automotive, mold manufacturing, energy, heavy industry and rail transportation.
