KSCAN-Magic 3D Scanner

Five Different Modes at Your Fingertips

A composite handheld 3D scanner combining infrared and blue laser technology, delivering precise measurement down to 0.020 mm accuracy.

  • Accuracy0.020 mm
  • Scan Rate4,150,000 meas./s
  • Scan Area1440 x 860 mm
  • ConnectivityUSB 3.0

5 Scan Modes

  1. 1Large-Area Scanning
  2. 2Ultra-Fast Scanning
  3. 3Built-in Wide-Area Photogrammetry
  4. 4Hyperfine Scanning
  5. 5Deep-Hole Scanning

KSCAN-Magic is an innovative composite handheld 3D scanner that integrates both infrared and blue laser technology in a single device. It offers five distinct scanning modes: large-area scanning with 11 parallel infrared lasers, ultra-fast scanning with blue laser crosses, hyperfine scanning with parallel blue lasers, deep-hole scanning, and built-in photogrammetry.

With an accuracy of up to 0.020 mm and a measurement rate of 2,700,000 to 4,150,000 points per second, the scanner covers a 1440 x 860 mm scanning area with a 925 mm depth of field, and its photogrammetry mode supports areas up to 3760 x 3150 mm. It performs reliably on dark and reflective surfaces and remains stable under vibration, temperature and humidity changes, operating between -10C and 40C.

Connected via USB 3.0, KSCAN-Magic is widely used in aerospace, automotive, energy and heavy industry for reverse engineering, quality control and large-part inspection.
