KSCAN-E is a flagship, all-in-one 3D scanner that combines wireless connectivity with onboard computing power, delivering high accuracy across a wide measurement range from small parts to large assemblies. Its quad-cross laser technology, 180 FPS processing and built-in computing module provide a fully wireless scanning experience.
With 6 distinct scan modes, it enables ultra-fast scanning, large-area measurement, fine-detail capture, deep-hole inspection and photogrammetry-based large-scale analysis. Equipped with 17 parallel blue laser lines and high-performance industrial cameras, it offers resolution up to 0.010 mm and 0.020 mm accuracy, reaching 0.015 mm + 0.015 mm/m volumetric accuracy when paired with an 800 mm precision scale bar.
With a measurement rate of up to 8,290,000 points per second and a scanning area of 1440 x 1000 mm, KSCAN-E is a flexible solution making design verification and quality control smarter and more efficient across aerospace, automotive, mold manufacturing, energy, heavy industry and rail transportation.
